Planetary reducer is a commonly used industrial product, mainly used to reduce the speed of the motor and increase the output torque at the same time. Its internal structure mainly consists of four parts: the central sun gear driven by input, the inner ring gear, the planetary gears that mesh with the outer casing, and the motor. During operation, the sun gear drives the rotation under force, driving the planetary gears to rotate within the inner ring gear orbit, and the planetary gears are externally connected to flanges or other structures for output. As needed, the drive shaft can be swapped with the output shaft for use. The internal structure of planetary reducers is relatively compact in meshing, and gears are mostly made of carbon steel 20CrMnTi. Due to its strong load-bearing capacity, planetary reducers have the characteristics of light weight, small size, high efficiency, and low noise, and are widely used in industries such as lifting, excavation, and transportation.
