The UVW alignment platform, also known as the XXY platform or XYR alignment platform, is a high-precision mobile platform designed specifically for high-precision alignment equipment. This platform belongs to a three-axis parallel motion mechanism. By controlling the parallel motion of three linear moving axes, it can achieve rotational motion around any point on the plane and translation in any direction. Taking the FRAME33 model as an example, it is suitable for UVW platforms with PRP structures and achieves positioning requirements through the movement of three drive axes installed on the same plane. In the control process, it is necessary to first fill in the mechanical structure parameters into the TABLE array, establish the connection of the robotic arm, and then use the inverse solution algorithm to map the UVW joint axis to the X, Y, and θ z axes to achieve complex motion control.
