Product Description
VRL series precision planetary gear reducers offer advantages such as high cost performance, wide application, economical and practical, and long life. In servo control applications, they play the role of good servo rigidity, accurate positioning control, good mid-term stability of the operating platform, low backlash, high efficiency, high input speed, high input torque, smooth operation, and low noise.
The appearance and structure design is light and compact, and it uses lifetime lubricating oil that does not need to be replaced. No matter where it is installed, it can run without maintenance. The fully enclosed design has a protection level of IP65 and can be used even in harsh working environments.
VRL can provide 9 machine base specifications; the backlash is 3 arc minutes; the maximum torque can reach 1200NM; the maximum radial load capacity is 12400N; it can provide a transmission ratio of 3:1 to 100:1; it can be connected to any type of motor; the working life is about 20,000 hours.
